The FSI National Command Center is our “Neural Center” that serves as the hub where reports are received, monitoring and evaluation take place, and directives are issued. Operating around the clock, seven days a week, our national command center provides us with real-time, uninterrupted oversight of all our operations.
The efficiency of our national command center hinges on effective information management. The activities within this command center can be broadly categorized into three key components: Inputs, Processes, and Results.
Critical to this process are SITREPS (Situation Reports, offering insights into ongoing events) and PROGREPS (Progress Reports, tracking advancements towards predetermined objectives).
To ensure that each operation adheres to the highest quality standards, we implement rigorous monitoring procedures and maintain an Internal Affairs Division as an integral part of our operational framework. This division meticulously investigates all complaints received, whether from clients, the local community, or our own personnel.
